The Chetana Educational Trust was founded in 1993, by the remarkable Vasant Kothari in order to promote the development and advancement of education in India. To realise its aims, it seeks to provide and maintain schools, lecture rooms, exhibition facilities and, where necessary, residential accommodation for teaching staff and for pupils. An essential feature in the Trust’s educational establishments is the study of the Sanskrit language, with the access to spiritual understanding this beautiful and ancient language offers.
